In the app you can also open your account (tap your initials) and choose Send feedback. Your report reaches the team with your app version attached.
Signing in
Talis accounts are set up by your organization. Sign in with the Google account your organization uses for Talis. If the app says you don't have access, ask your Talis administrator to give your account access to Talis on mobile.
Recording an Echo note
Tap Record in the app. To start recording from the lock screen, add the Record Echo note control (iOS 18 or later): touch and hold the lock screen, tap Customize, choose Lock Screen, then replace one of the bottom buttons with Record Echo note. You can also add it to Control Center or to the Action button.
Recordings that haven't uploaded
Recordings stay on your device until they upload. If you're offline, the app uploads them when you reconnect. Your account screen shows anything still waiting.
Microphone, camera and notifications
If recording or photos don't work, check that Talis is allowed to use the microphone and camera in your device's Settings → Talis.
